For the close of Mental Health Week, we invite you to join with Your Whole Self as we unlearn norms, take on taboos, and uncover unconscious biases in this regard. We want all to have a conversation about tough times in crisis and gain the tools that we need to navigate those waters in a healthy dynamic way.

May 9th 10am to 1pm via Zoom

About the Speaker
TODD RENNEBOHM is a husband and father of two boys who has been advocating for mental health issues since 2016. Todd has personal experiences with anxiety, depression and addiction. Today he is in recovery and works with others as a support in an addiction treatment centre.

Rennebohm wrote “Sometimes Daddy Cries”, a children's book illustrated by Jessie Stueck. Sometimes Daddy Cries is told through the eyes of a boy whose father suffers from depression. He sees his dad get sad, rest and even go to the hospital, all while comparing his father's depression to a physical ailment.
