Since the start of the pandemic we all have heard tips and tricks for dealing with COVID stress, social distancing, and self-isolation. Some strategies have worked (banana bread), others not so much (VR rock climbing). We’ve heard enough about what COULD work, now we want to hear about what DOES work and we want to hear about it from you! Students are invited to join us and host Jordan Axani ( on January 19th to share their stories of success during a semester of closed campuses and distance learning. Victories big and small, we want to hear it all.

Students who register and attend the event will be automatically entered to win 1 of 2 $100 Visa gift Cards!!!

This event will feature the stories of how members of our campus have navigated their own mental health challenges. Would you like to share yours? These stories are 3-5 minutes and you’ll be coached on how to tell it effectively. CLICK HERE if you’d like to learn more or be featured in this open forum.

When: January 19th, 2021 7pm
Where: Zoom
Why: URSU Mental Wellness and Sexual Health Week
For Who: You, the students of University of Regina and its Federated Colleges

We’re not going to give you a presentation on ways to maximize your whatever or channel inner something. We’re giving you the chance to tell us what’s been helping and how you’ve been doing. Join us on Zoom or send your story anonymously through text. Share as much as you want - or don’t and just listen to what your fellow students have been experiencing during a very different journey than you had imagined.

We are healthier apart but stronger together so join us across the social distance for a chance to connect.
